mpathic is looking for a Product Marketing Lead to help drive our growth activities. We are looking for someone to help us validate and roll out the varied use cases we have, identify effective acquisition channels, and lead our expansion into new markets. As part of our sales team, you will be helping transform the customer experience from reactive to proactive, enabling customers to focus on business priorities vs. fighting fires.

About you:

Core Responsibilities for this role

  • Take responsibility for our commercial activities and execute our product-led growth strategy
  • Identify and validate opportunities around specific markets and use cases through appropriate experiments and metrics
  • Work with our cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class customer experience
  • Create and improve our automated communication towards prospects
  • Develop feature/benefit content for new releases, customer emails and promotions
  • Manage social media presence and customer engagement
  • Assist with creating internal enablement materials

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone who approaches Sales/Product Marketing following the Mission, Vision, Values of mpathic.
  • Experience in a GTM or Product Marketing role, preferably within a high-growth startup/SaaS environment
  • Strong track record of working successfully across the intersection of product, sales and marketing.
  • Is comfortable working cross-functionally with company stakeholders including engineering, business development, and clinical leadership
  • Seeks out and integrates constructive feedback around ideas and interactions.

How you'll work

We are a remote-first company. Whether you work from Baltimore, Salt Lake City, or Seattle, you’re 100% part of the team. We will provide you with a computer, equipment, and access to software subscriptions. At mpathic, we have bi-annual in-person retreats to build trust and sometimes hackathons to accomplish a specific goal in a short period. You can bet we'll be flying to hang out at some point during the year (see our first retreat in Seattle, WA HQ shown on the cover above). If you want access to a co-working space - no problem; if you want to work at home - also no problem.

Salary is dependent on experience, commensurate with other engineers at mpathic. Following our Equal Pay Commitment, we have salary banding and established vesting schedules for equity.

Product Marketing Lead Salary range: 120-150k
